1、塵粒大允許數(每立方米)。

1. Maximum allowable number of dust particles (per cubic meter).

2、大或等于0.5微米的粒子數不得超過3500000個，大或等于5微米的粒子數不得超過20000個。

7、溫濕度要求：十萬級潔凈室對溫度、濕度無特殊要求時，以穿著潔凈工作服不產生舒服感為宜，溫度一般控制在冬季20~22℃;夏季 24~26℃;波動±2℃。冬季潔凈室濕度控制在30-50%，夏季潔凈室濕度控制在50-70%。

7. The temperature is generally controlled at 20-22 ℃ in winter; 24~26 ℃ in summer; Fluctuation ± 2 ℃. The humidity in the clean room should be controlled between 30-50% in winter and 50-70% in summer.

8、配電：潔凈室(區)的主要生產用房一般照度值宜≥300Lx;輔助工作室、人員凈化和物料凈化用室、氣閘室、走廊等的照度值宜為200~300Lx。

建筑平面設置應該屬建筑的范疇，但由于食品凈化車間要求人、物分流，并要保持各潔凈操作間的靜壓梯度，因此，該工程中建筑平面要求具備以下幾點：

1、各凈化操作間集中設置獨立前室為氣閘，氣閘室與各操作間同時相通，確保低潔凈區的空氣不向高潔凈區滲透。

根據《潔凈廠房設計規范》車間的墻體和吊頂必須采用不產塵、不積塵表面平滑的材料施工，并且不能在車間中存在死角。采用潔凈廠房施工專用彩板，基板頂板采用寶鋼0.4的鋼板，芯材密度14kg/m3,鋁材采用華聯專用鋁型材，為提高凈化間的使用壽命，并達到美觀大方的效果，所有鋁型材進行電泳處理。

潔凈區應采用吸頂式凈化燈具，非潔凈區采用普通熒光燈。設計各房間內照明，紫外燈獨立控制，并均由電氣控制箱控制，再由總配電柜集中控制。室內照明均采用密閉照明燈組。插座盤均采用嵌入式。室內無明線敷設。
